Our converted horsebox brings something a little different to your celebrations. Beautiful gluten-free cakes, proper barista coffee, Prosecco, cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere that gets people talking. Whether you'd like us there for an hour or two after your ceremony or throughout your  celebrations, we'll work with you to create something that fits. No unnecessary fuss. No rigid packages. Just something a little different.

While you're off having your photographs taken, your guests can enjoy a glass of Prosecco and a selection of beautiful miniature cakes from our horsebox Think bite-sized brownies, blondies, delicate little cakes and sweet canapés, all displayed for guests to help themselves. A lovely alternative to traditional drinks reception catering, and something your guests probably won't be expecting. Perfect for: Post-ceremony drinks receptions, garden weddings and afternoon celebrations.

Because not everyone wants a three-tier wedding cake.

And that's absolutely fine by us. Instead of the traditional wedding cake, why not have an entire horsebox filled with individual cakes? Your guests can choose their own favourites from a selection of brownies, cookies, blondies, cake slices and other freshly baked treats. No waiting for someone to cut the cake. You don't have to be gluten-free to enjoy Phoenix. But if you are, imagine being at a wedding where you don't have to ask which cakes you can eat. Where the whole cake counter is gluten-free. Everything we bake comes from our dedicated gluten-free kitchen, and we're incredibly proud of that. Because nobody should feel like an afterthought, especially at a wedding.

And we wouldn't expect them to be.
